How can I check my order status?
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification once it’s on its way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Europe, with more destinations coming soon.
Is shipping free?
Yes—free shipping over 150€ across Europe. See our Shipping page for full details.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Orders shipped within Europe are not subject to additional customs duties. International destinations may be subject to local import taxes.

Sizing & Fit
What sizes do you offer?
Routine is available in XS, S, M and L. See our Size Guide for full measurements and fit advice.
How do your pieces fit?
Our pieces are designed to provide a sculpting, body-hugging fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend checking our Size Guide or contacting us for personalized advice.
Will sold out items be restocked?
Some signature styles may return, while limited collections may not. Join our newsletter to be the first to know about restocks and future drops.

Yes. Our fabrics are carefully selected and tested to provide coverage and confidence during your workouts.
