Return and Refund Policy

14-day returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days, starting the day after you receive your order.

To exercise this right, contact us at support@routine-wear.com with a clear statement of your decision to return your purchase. Please include your order number to help us identify your order. You may also use the withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

After notifying us, you must send the items back within a further 14 calendar days.

Condition of returned items

You may try on your items to check their fit, as you would in a shop. Please do not wear them for workouts or other activities, wash them, or alter them.

Please keep the original tags attached and use the original packaging where possible. Original packaging is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

You may be responsible for any reduction in an item’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

How to return your order

Email support@routine-wear.com to notify us of your return. We will provide instructions to help you send your parcel.

Please package your items securely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of dispatch.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except where an item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect. In those cases, ROUTINE will cover the necessary return costs.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you notice a problem with your order, please contact support@routine-wear.com as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us assess the problem.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods are separate from, and are not limited by, our 14-day return period.

Sale items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are covered by the same right of withdrawal as full-price items.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, please return your original item under this policy and place a new order. New orders are subject to availability.

Refunds

We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees.

If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option, such as express shipping, will not be refunded.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
